SFF was established in 1991 and is today the largest privately owned piping stockist in Scandinavia. In addition we are one of Europe’s leading distributors of piping materials and valves, supplied to leading international offshore and onshore oil companies worldwide. The industries served by us include refining, power generation, pulp and paper, windpower, nuclear and mechanical industries. Applications are onshore, offshore and subsea.

Our headquarters are strategically situated in Sandnes, Norway which is in close proximity to Stavanger, which is the major centre for the oil and gas industry in Norway. We are supported by facilities in based in 12 countries on 4 continents.

SFF have experienced a rapid expansion during its existence and we feel that much of this expansion can be accredited to our company philosophy “Bringing the manufacturer to the client”. Our staff has increased from 5 employees the first year to the current total of 160 employees and 12 owned office/warehouse facilities.

In addition to our facilities in Norway, SFF benefits also from being affiliated with the well known Galperti group. This assists us in rapidly sourcing non-stock or special items, from our 19 sister companies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our philosophy is to meet our clients demands and offer “value added services” by presenting a comprehensive and globally competitive supply chain. This results in not only satisfying contract demands, but also develops innovative, cost effective solutions that are tailored to our customer’s individual needs.

It allows flexibility to met individual customer requirements, online access to order status information (expediting) details and electronic submission of traceability documentation.
